Cannabis Consulting and Dispensary Management Services
Eighteen services across the life of a cannabis license, delivered by a management company of operators with more than eight years running successful dispensaries in multiple markets.
Start where you are
Which of these sounds like you?
Most owners come to us with one urgent problem. These are the services we usually start with for each situation.
Applying for a license
You are choosing a state, lining up a site and investors, and preparing an application.
Licensed but not open
You won the license. Now you need a site, local approval, a build, a team and an inspection.
Open and want better results
The store is running, but margin, compliance or your own time is stretched.
Buying, selling or expanding
You are investing in, buying, selling or adding stores and need the deal to be approvable.
All services
One team from first filing to exit
Our cannabis consulting services follow the five stages of a license. Use one service or several; the same operators carry the work from stage to stage.

How engagements work
Clear scope, flat fee, no surprises
Discovery call
A 30-minute call at no cost. We learn your license, state, stage and goals, and tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
Written scope and quote
You receive a written scope with deliverables, timeline and a flat fee. Nothing is tied to your revenue or profit unless a regulator has approved that structure.
Kickoff
We send a document request list, set a schedule and assign the operators who will do the work.
Delivery and reporting
You get regular updates, finished deliverables and, for ongoing work, a monthly report with targets, red flags and a fix list.
What we commit to
What you can expect, and what no one can promise
We commit to complete, accurate work, honest advice and transparent reporting. We do not promise license approvals, inspection results, timelines set by regulators or specific sales figures, because no consultant controls those. Anyone who does should make you cautious.
- You keep controlYou own the license and make final decisions under every agreement we sign.
- Flat, fixed feesScoped and quoted after a discovery call, with no hidden revenue share.
- No supplier moneyWe do not take payments for placing products, and we never sell our own products to the stores we work with.
- Compliance firstEvery plan starts with what the regulator and the town require.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Are you consultants or a management company?
Both, and operators first. We are a management company made up of people with more than eight years running successful dispensaries in multiple markets. We manage stores day to day and also take on focused consulting projects.
How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is scoped and quoted after a discovery call, as a flat fee. We do not publish prices because scope depends on your state, license and stage.
Can you guarantee a license or an inspection result?
No. Regulators and inspectors make those decisions. We make sure your work is complete, accurate and compliant, and we never promise outcomes we do not control.
Do I keep control of my business?
Yes. You own the license and make final decisions. Our agreements are designed to meet each state's rules on control and true parties of interest.
Which states do you work in?
New York and Massachusetts are our home markets, and we work across New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. Ask us about other states.
Do you work with my attorney and accountant?
Yes. We handle the operating and regulatory work and coordinate with your attorney on legal documents and your accountant on tax.
Tell us where you are. We will tell you what comes next.
Whether you are applying, licensed but not open, or already operating, a 30-minute call will give you a clear next step for your license.
